WrenchCFOFree leak check

Privacy policy

Effective November 7, 2026

We collect what we need to find your shop’s profit leaks, use it for that, and delete your files when the work is done.

What we collect

Your email address and the plan you picked when you sign up.

The files you send us for a report, such as Jobber job exports and QuickBooks transactions. The install calculator and the self-serve leak check run only in your browser; nothing you type or drop into them reaches us.

Basic technical data our providers need to run the site and stop spam, such as your IP address and browser type.

We never ask for, and you should never send, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or card numbers.

How we use it

To confirm your email, build your report, send it to you, and follow up about it.

To make anonymous, combined benchmarks, such as the typical cost of a water heater install. These never name you, your shop, your customers or your techs.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or use your files to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores signups. Cloudflare checks that sign-ups come from people and routes our email. Resend sends our emails. Google hosts our inbox. Each only gets what it needs to do that job.

How long we keep it

Files you send are deleted once your report is delivered. Report results are kept while you are a customer so we can compare weeks, and deleted within 30 days after you cancel.

Your email stays with us until you ask us to delete it. We send at most three confirmation emails to an address that never confirms.

Your choices

Email hello@wrenchcfo.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within 7 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every account we use has two-factor sign-in, and only the founder can open your files. If a breach ever affects your data, we tell you without delay and as the law requires.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
