What WrenchCFO does

We combine the job, time and cost records you send us to estimate the profit on your jobs and suggest prices. We read your data. We never change anything in your Jobber or QuickBooks accounts.

Estimates, not advice

Reports, calculators and price suggestions are estimates built from the data and assumptions you give us. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You decide what to charge, and you are responsible for those decisions.

Your data

You own the data you send. You give us permission to use it to make your report, and to include it in anonymous, combined benchmarks that never identify you, your shop, your customers or your techs. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Only send data you have the right to share. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or card numbers.

Payment, refunds and the guarantee

The full report costs $149, paid up front. If it finds less than $745 in leaks, which is five times the fee, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full $149.

The weekly plan is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge. Months already paid are not refunded. If you start the weekly plan after buying a report you kept, the $149 counts toward your first month.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to get every number right, and a person checks every report. Still, the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We may stop serving an account that abuses the service or sends data it has no right to share. Either way, we delete your files as our privacy policy describes.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. If they change in a way that matters, we email you before the change takes effect.
